  • Warm clothes (to handle temperatures under -15º Celsius). Three layers, down jacket recommended.
  • Light wear for the day (first and second layer).
  • Comfortable trekking shoes, sport shoes, and/or hiking boots depending on the activity. (For high-mountain expeditions, please inquire about specific technical gear needed for altitude and temperature conditions.)
  • Backpack (45 to 50 liters recommended).
  • Trekking poles.
  • Swimsuit and towel.
  • Sun protection: sunglasses, hat or cap, buff, sunblock factor 30 or 50, and lip balm.
